WWDSS Photo Series 10th Anniversary Calendar Shoot
Dates - April 20th and 21st
We are going fancy this year! So bring out those dresses, suits, bow ties and fun hair dos!
Images will be full length, Black and white. Only the member with Down syndrome will be photographed.
The series this year is a celebration of our dedication to 10 years collaborating with One for the Wall Photography and a reflection of what we have accomplished together in this space. (Open to all members, regardless of length of time participating in the calendar.)
What has changed over the course of 10 years and is there still work to be done?
Registration will go live this Friday, March 1st at noon - register here:

*Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date & time but our time slots are subject to capacity. We have 62 spots available this year.
Please have your quotes ready to submit on this date!
Photo Series Question #1:
How did it feel being photographed?
*Note: This question is for the member with DS only who has also previously participated in the calendar and is able to respond. We understand not all members will be able to respond to this question themselves therefore it is not mandatory that this question be completed but we would appreciate responses from members who are able to answer the question.
Photo Series Question #2:
What perceptions do you think have changed in the Down syndrome space in the last 10 years? What changes have you noticed in our communities towards those with Down syndrome? What is the single biggest change you have seen in the Down syndrome space in the last 10 years?
Photo Series Question #3:
What is next? What changes would you like to see in the Down syndrome space in the next 10 years? Is there something you feel people still need to know about people with Down syndrome?
We are so excited for this year's shoot. A 3-4 minute documentary will be professionally filmed and edited to accompany our series and a video release party will take place during Canadian Down Syndrome Week in October.
We can't wait to see your smiles!
