WWDSS is pleased to partner with McLennan Speech & Language Services to offer online social skills groups for members with Down syndrome. Join Heather McLennan and her team on ZOOM to practice communicating with peers! Group sessions will revolve around topics of common interest: your family, movies, what do you like to do on the weekend. Goals will include responding to questions, initiating questions and communicating together with friends. Heather will lead the groups with a Communicative Assistant and Volunteers.
