Cooking Class

 

WWDSS offers cooking classes for members ages 6 and up with Down syndrome.

 

 

 

Classes for ages 6 – 13:

 

Bi-weekly Winter Classes (February to March) and weekly spring classes (May – June) are offered by Lisa Leachman, a certified Healthy Hands Cooking Instructor with Wholesome Measures.

Classes for Ages 14+

 

Monthly classes run from September to June and different classes are offered based on skill level: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. This course is taught by Teresa Feliciano, Community Nutrition Worker.
