Transitional Program

 

If you are a member of WWDSS who has reached the age of 18 and are no longer receiving Special Services at Home Funding, then you may apply for a bursary to be used towards paying for services to assist with developing your life in the community now and/or after finishing high school.

 

In order to qualify you:

  • must be a member of WWDSS in good standing for a minimum of one calendar year
  • applied are still waiting for Passport funding
  • must be willing to volunteer  a minimum of 10 hours to help WWDSS plan and execute our fundraising and social events over the next year

There are two ways to apply to the Transition Bursary Program.
